I have held the button 15 seconds past the buzz on initial heat up. Similar results. Are you saying after I take my first hit, continue to hold the button down?

I use a 3-piece Space Case grinder so medium grind. I would say I tamp the bowl down firm, just enough to not have the material come loose. I am not cranking down on the material. I don't get much draw resistance at all with the bowl closed.

@Duba I thought I might see you here, and I do like your solution. There is something elegant and refined about an integrated design that does not require an additional accessory to function. You may be seeing an order from me soon...:)

Anybody using this glass from 420eng? This seems like it might be my perfect lotus setup, though it is 18mm so would need a step down adapter. I am liking how well it fits the lotus vibes with the wood, wish more glass companies would produce J-hook type that can stand up on its own.

I'd say its a good year old, with heavy use! :brow: That also probably contributed, and considering a lot of inexperienced vapman users using mine.:shrug:

Hey guys! So recently I noticed the center pin on the bowl has warn down, causing the mouthpiece to wobble around. Thus it doesn't form that great of a seal on the bowl. I've been vaping a lot of concentrates lately and thought maybe the higher heat may have contributed. I don't know though...
