2 months later... my replacement has arrived... lol

So my warranty for my PB-207 was approved. I got it from Recreactionid.com, and they've been good to me. I'm guessing my inexperience with these kinds of torches probably lead to me clogging the thing up real good, although from day one it never lit on the first try. Also wondering if the butane...

Well... that's great.

I've cleared out the gas and excess air many times. Even when holding the lighter upside down just to release air it still shoots out fuel too.

Need some help with my torch. It's the pb-207, the expensive one, and it seems to have a clog in the fuel line somewhere. Any tips on how to clear it?

I have to clean mine pretty frequently. I don't think the metal tube piece fits well enough, so some extra resin seeps through the cracks and builds up between to two wood pieces.

Cool. I'll keep an eye on it. I haven't been able to get any wood butter from sticky brick. Think I'll get some off amazon. I've only had the brick for a month or 2, but I live in Colorado, which is a pretty dry climate.

I'm starting to wonder if there's something wrong with my curved intake, like it's not getting enough air flow. I really struggle to get the kind of large hits I can easily get with the straight one. I look at pictures online and it seems to be at more of a 45 degree angle and the air path seems...

I'm having a tough time with the curved intake for some reason. I pretty much have to put the entire flame in the glass to get a decent hit, whereas I barely even have to put any of the outer flame in the straight intake.

Right on. Good to hear it's a good investment. I actually bought the curved intake along with the lighter because I knew it was going to be/feel weird. They're both coming in next week.

I'm holding the flame further away, like the inner flame an inch away, but I increased my draw speed as well. Whatever happened, it's working lol.
