I used a pinnacle bullet for herbs in the no2 works great better then a plain screen. Just needs to be a higher temp to use concentrated with the solid bullet, like you said.

I would give them a message through there live online support. They will beable to fix that for you or it doesnt apply to the titanium one idk. I know that they will have an answer for you.

i been using my vortex stem about a day now. Been pleased with it so far, but i noticed it was quite woble in the air. I recieved a free solo o ring with my order. I had idea to do use it with my air and see if it held more secure. sure enough its pretty snug and it hits better now.

I was able to start on green and end on red temp. The vortex keeps the vapor and the glass cool ao it doesnt burn your lips, like normal stems. Once the glass gets heat soaked it extracts your herb very well. if anyone is on the fence about getting one YOU NEED this in your collection!

you can get this tape i start at green with water and work my way up to red to get the most out of my herb. Its up to you really test the different temps and see what you like. Hope this helps

I dont see them not honoring the warrentry because of the stems. I been using a gong in my air and no damage. I heat my unit up before i insert any stem. Plus theres nothing stating you will loose your warrenty for using other stems. Just states about batteries.

Im sure they will come out with a replacement in the future. The air is only a couple of months old, i dont think they thought the seal would get damaged so quickly. i could be wrong.
