Im looking at the vac chamber you mentioned here. Can you place this on a griddle to heat it while it purges as well I keep seeing mixed reviews some ppl say you can't put pyrex on a griddle so how else could it be heated to the right temp?

After reading this I went ahead and purchased a robinair 15500 vac pump , and when I read the specs I see it's a two stage , 1/3 HP, and the factory micron rating says 35 microns. Do these specs seem ok to you guys I guess I have until tomorrow to change my mind and get a different one , again...
