I'm thinking of buying a persei set up right now, what I'm considering the most is persei v4 + core + herc74. Is this the best set up to reach the full potential of the Persei? Where can I find the information for first time users?

What are the differences between the persei Ti series vs. the 8 oil vaporizer? I know one has a more advanced set up but is one better than the other?
