Ahh! Well I had 3 solid reds, which is a coil failure according to that list. I have wondered about the coil. It’s not user replaceable I suppose. That was one of the few things the Haze Square got right, lol.

I contacted Ghost and they are sending me a replacement, so I guess it really died. They didn’t give me details though, so I don’t know if it was something I did or if I could have prevented it. Anyway it’s all sorted.

I did, but it just said the vape was stuck in update mode, whatever that means. The app tried to reset the firmware but it failed.

I think one of my MV1's just died. It shows all red, unblinking lights. I tried the app, which I still have, and it attempted to reset the vape, saying it was stuck in update mode. But it errored out and failed to reset. So I guess it's time for an RMA, unless you know how to unstick it?

Nope, won't buy it. It looks like it's just as hard to clean as the IQ, with that same tiny area where a q-tip won't even go. I wonder if the top pops up when it gets hot, too. And I bet it gets just as hot, requiring a glove like the IQ did. And I bet the glove just slips off like the IQ, too...

Me too. I have 2 MV1s and put about 8 crucibles a day through them for the past several months. They work flawlessly for me. I’ve stopped using my other vapes. I just want Ghost to survive so that they can keep making great stuff!

I gotta disagree. The MV1 is the easiest vape to clean I’ve owned. It takes me just a few minutes. It doesn’t get dirty quickly, either. Loading it is a bit fiddly, I’ll grant you, but a little practice makes that better. This is an excellent vape for everyday use.

The MV1 is an on-demand convection vape. It’s intended to offer fast and powerful extraction, which it does very well. It is not intended for long, drawn out sessions.
