ha so thats what that paper that i didn't look at says about removing the battery plastic! Sorry for the double post but how long should the 1st charge take for the batteries on a new unit?

Got my Haze today and i have a couple dumb questions. 1. Is the tough plastic on the batteries supposed to be removed? 2. How do i do a burn off?
