yeah, i wish i had known the minicron lite was coming out, woulda gone with it instead of the ophos for sure. the ophos is just a little bit too big to be comfortable in my pocket. also kinda bothers me that there is a small gap between my kiss cart and battery. oh well, not really worth the $...

great explanation, @215z. grassy-ass! just ordered another Ti KISS cart and gonna see about trying to rebuild my old one. i just can't justify another $265 for another setup, even when it's as BA as the Persei+Herc :)

Also, does anyone know of a source for Ti wire that will work to rebuild the Ti KISS carts?

Cool. It seems like I remember reading something about the Herc burning out the electronics on the Ophos due to longer "on" times to heat up the herc. Anyone have input?

so would i need an adapter to use the herc 3.7 with my ophos?

So the Hercules SR-71 never burns out any parts? I can buy alot of ceramic wick and wire for $100.

That's why I'm looking at other options. I won't buy any more KISS carts lol. Looking into rebuilding them myself.

I guess I should explain where all the questions are coming from. I have an ophos with the kiss cart but it is a pain and messy to load it every time I want a puff. The fragile ceramic rod broke after less than 2 weeks of use and although its still working, I don't really want to spend another...

Whats up guys? Noob here, trying to figure out the best tank to get for my ophos. I'd like something I can rebuild and take apart fully to clean. Was looking at the aerotank by kranger but not sure if it will work for the ophos. I'm kinda confused about the EGO, 601, 510 threading compatibility...
