Don’t use steel wool....it will scratch oven...magic eraser or brass wool

Just sent one in where the casing at the top was split open. About 18 months old. They sent the same unit back with a new casing and new cooling unit. Was hoping for a new one...all in all they fixed the problem so not complaining:peace: cost me about $15 for shipping

I usually go 30-50 full bowls before cleaning. Several good nighttime put you to sleep dabs...not the tastiest but not bad either ...much easier to scrape if the unit is on the cooler side stick it in the fridge for 10 minutes first

My mighty makes a slight rattle when shaken. It also makes a ticking noise as it heats up and cools off...works flawlessly tho. Likely not covered under warranty so as long as it's functioning properly I wouldn't worry about it ...✌️

A full TIGHTLY packed oven produces impressive clouds. Very impressed, I also own a crafty which has slightly better flavor and cloud production, but the pax2 beats it in every other category. I've had a total of 4 indicas. 3 have died, all stainless steel versions. I would love an explanation as to why there's a serious design flaw and what's being done to correct it. They're customer service has been good, however I can't recommend the indica until this is addressed. ✌️

Look for a phone with a cracked screen or something broke that won't effect using the app. These can often be found cheap. I have a 2 year old droid RAZR m, app works fine with it, these are pretty cheap also

less flavorful and less medicated, other than that it's just as good.. No reason to unless you have a medical condition that makes you extra sensitive to vapor.

We're still waiting for someone to take the plunge and open one up. My guess would be its soldered in, which would make it difficult for most to change themselves.
