hey has anyone had issues with their minivap losing power? It seems like it isn't vaping the material as well as it did at the start and takes much heavier draws to get any decent vapor.

From what I have heard there customer service is pretty slow. Just keep badgering them and you'll get hold of them. When I was looking on their site a few weeks ago they didn't have batteries in stock so check they have it first but I'd say its safe enough.
