hey guys, i posted in this thread around page 998 concerning my solo not charging properly. well im glad to say arizer sent me out a new one for free covering all costs, and it arrived just today. i have a few quetions before i get started vaping. so the solo is brand new, should i charge it...

no i didnt charge it before i used it, i didnt think i had to because the device was supposedly already charged? i just tried to soft reset thing, hopefully it'll charge if not will try hard reset, btw what is the device actually meant to look like when charging? because i haven't even charged...
