I recently found some cheap 14/18mm male nails. Does anybody know about a difference in the quality of available ceramics? Is Hive's nail really "medical grade" or is all ceramic medical grade and they are just fearmongering? Is there anything to worry about smoking off of a "budget" ceramic nail?

That does look kinda cool. Does the TI Apollo heat up quicker than the SS version? I find mine needs to be on for 20 minutes or so to get a really good rip.

I might have missed this in the last thread but how are you all cleaning your devices? I tried to do it like I do my pax, q-tips, pipe cleaners and iso but it wasn't easy. All the cotton shit from the q tips kept getting stuck to the sides of the atomizer, no matter how much alcohol I used...

I ordered mine in the beginning of Feb. I am still waiting on my unit. I've been in contact with them via facebook and they have answered me within a day of asking each time. Apparently it's my quartz nail that is holding my order up. I can't wait to get this though, from what I hear, it warms...

That better be a huge battery pack, seeing as it really takes a half hour to get going. That would be pretty awesome though as long as it wasn't more than 100 bucks or so.

Wax paper is the worst, you'll get the wax into your concentrate. Parchment works well because it's easy to get your product off, and there is no wax involved. I'd say the biggest downside to glass is that concentrates smear around it and you won't be able to get it all off by scraping.

So you've been using a second screen in the atomizer to hold your solventless extracts? I tried making a bed of herbs for my extract to sit on top of. It worked but not amazingly well. I figure the extracts would need a higher temperature than my ground herbs. Can you ballpark how hot you got...

My XLR has a 2 prong plug, the negatives and positives aren't marked though. I'm really interested in the dabmaster. Any chance you'll be using solventless extracts on it? That's what I'm most curious about.

So I ordered an XLR style DNail recently. It hasn't come yet but I'm curious what would happen if I tried to connect my Apollo to my DNail controller or vice versa, DNail to Sublimator Control Box? Could I use a normal XLR Microphone extension cable to extend the length of my Apollo...

When I first got my Pax, I thought it was broken because I wasn't getting full hits. Turns out, I just wasn't packing it tight enough. The Pax likes a real tight pack in the oven, I use the side of my oven lid to push my material down tightly. This caused my hits to thicken up really nicely.
