Has anyone had this issue with the iq once the iq gets hot the top lid opens and won’t stay closed until it cools down

I have a iq and am really like it,but when using the iq and it gets hot the top lid starts to raise up and the magnet does not keep it closed until it cools down. Do you have any suggestions or has this happened to others

Still waiting on my pnp finally talked to a human they said my unit was going out today . I thought it was a battery problem again my unit would not get hot even when plugged in They said the heat was out of calibration. Don't know how

I really like the pnp but this is my 3rd issue .the fist was the melting pong then my pnp would not get to level 1 before turning off with the unit plugged in.I sent it in for testing They replaced the unit after a while I paid for shipping one way .now the exact same issue .gonna send it in...

hello all had my pnp for just over 7 months have been very happy except the melting pong issue just after a month and having major battery problems won't even stay on long enough to reach level one just blinks for ten minutes then shuts off even when plugged in .Any suggestions

I was told I could send them both in guess I'll have to put the pnp on the shelf

I found a kind of solution for now with this glass adapter ,but should i send in both pongs to vapor blunt. I'm waiting for a response from email

hello all and thanks for all the input I've had my pnp about a week ago ,woke up this morning for my morning session set my unit on 3 i'm using the mp and went to take a hit and the tip had melted off into the pong.just took a few pics but not sure how to post them here can someone toss me a bone

i think i have a bad oven I have the long tube and it get's very hot to hot to touch i have to hold the battery. Has anyone compared the tvape to the pinnacle pro i would like a good vape pen that does oil wax and flowers any suggetions?
