Anyone got one delivered internationally? Buying one from New Zealand and a bit worried if it breaks i'm going to have to send it back to Arizer which could be an issue if it's been used (even if it's been cleaned thoroughly). Anyone had any experience with sending one back using the warranty...

Looking at getting a Solo soon (unless the off-gassing problems with the Ascent have been fixed?). Do you find it hard to get good draws from it? Or is it more the user just having to learn/test the device and execute a good technique?

Really keen to get an Ascent. However am only willing to if the offgassing problems have been addressed. I'm guessing they haven't yet? If that's the case I'd probably opt for the Arizer Solo
