I'm unsure how water could have even gotten in there. Is there water in the device? It next to water bottle but I swear I never spilled on it

Since you are a staff member can you help me. I found some water in my pax. Not it won't work and I don't know how the water got there. The light blinks but won't charge.

I found water in my pax and the light is blinking but won't charge. Not sure how this happened. Can someone help?
