Yep, that was me. It took 3 other emails to get my preorder batteries shipped separately too, and three s/h bills... They couldn't grasp that I had multiple orders with multiple batteries, and I wanted all the batteries... Kinda sucks too, because out of 5 spares, only 2 hold a charge...

it did a handful of times, but never consistently. It gave me the red/blue lights a couple of times too, but they went off as soon as I clicked it on and off. That was quick... They're sending me a new body. I'll hand it to them, that was damn fast response time

Just filled out a warranty request, had the hopper for about 2 1/2 months. I've been noticing that it hasn't been performing as well at times lately too. Might be a battery issue, but I'm not sure. My batteries have steadily lost the ability to charge fully and hold a charge longer than a day...

Has anyone found a good alternative to the SS carrying case that HL has been working on? I don't trust carrying my hopper in my pocket at work with dust and actual physical harm possible. Just looking for something to keep it in while moving around, preferably air tight-ish... Lots of dust...

@Vapetrees Ditto! Love mine from VF, the only issue I've had is with the batteries. 2 of the 5 I have don't hold much of a charge, never did. The vape itself is running great

I saw on Reddit that someone's Dec 2014 Dark Grey Ti preorder just got address confirmation. I was under the impression that they were mostly through Jan '15 preorders, so I find that a bit disturbing, especially since I'm waiting on a dark grey myself...

That happens to mine once in a while if I don't depress the clicker all the way sometimes. I think it's just the partial connection or something along those lines. I just reclick it and it's good to go. Never had any other issues, and if you think about it, this is just an operator error anyway...
