Fixed the video. Here is a video of me plugging the power cord into the unit:

The unit does recognize the power cord. The problem that is prevalent is when I turn it on, instead of the heat light on, the charge light is on and red. I am still able to choose a heat level but the charge light will still be on and will not heat up. Here is a video of my arizer not heating:
