Hey, yeah I lost 2 adapters to that but The one I am using now has worked great for 2 or so weeks and I never heat the sublimator up separately from this adapter. So maybe a taller style is needed, because both my broken ones were low-profile adapters. (See adapter in pic below of my setup)...
