That sounds like an internal heater problem, probably a bad thermistor circuit. That is a warranty item.

Excellent example of a cracked PONG! I still believe this is the case in 99-100% of the "melted" pong examples, just to different degrees of fracturing. (BTW, still have NEVER received a "melted" PONG) Not that we are trying to say that a cracked PONG is not a problem, it's just not a health...

A further update on the GONG project: We will be rolling this out soon, it is a modification of the original PONG with a glass insert in the center that will seal off the air path to glass only, while allowing the same attachment and sealing that the current PONG has. This will keep hot gasses...

The slit is not supposed to be there :ugh: Looking at my parts here, the crack is forming on the knit line in the plastic. For reference: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Weld_line It's an annoying issue, and I have alerted our mold shop to the problem, but it won't have any real impact on your...

Be careful with that, I am sure the people at Acer built in protection to their USB, but the Pinancle will try to draw up to 3A of current when charging, and USB devices like that will only support 500mA. It is possible to burn up the USB controller on the Acer, would hate for that to happen

No worries, we just want the community to understand that we do test our products thoroughly. We have done our best to be open to the community and provide everyone with the best support possible. If we can improve a product for the end user, we will - within reason. (there are some things that...

    Discontinued Pinnacle Pro

I wanted to respond to this post in particular, since it seems to question my professionalism. 1: It has been clearly stated many times to NOT use the flavor tips as they melt under the high temps. This is why the pnp does not come with flavor tips. (the only plastic available to use with a...

Emmdeemo: I meant to give you credit for the inspiration in my original post. Thanks for the feedback! To your questions: We felt that the clear made the most sense, since the glass is clear it matches well. It's possible based on popularity that we will run more with the darker PONG...

    The Pinnacle by Vaporblunt

I am shocked it took this long for someone to find this! (or at least find and post). When you hold it down for a long period of time and release the Pinnacle goes into calibration mode. This allows us to fine tune the temperature settings here at the factory. As long as you just shut it down...

I want to let everyone know that we do in fact pay attention to our customers, and we hear you on the wish to have an all glass pathway. So here is a solution that should make everyone happy! We will be offering this adapted PONG fitting (it's not really a PONG anymore but a GONG) as an added...

    Discontinued Pinnacle Pro

I have been asked to address this topic: We changed material to a higher temperature plastic when we released the PNP, as others have referred to. The melting point on this plastic is higher than the temperatures that are possible with the PNP. Now, we did see some reported issues at the...

This is the VB3 thread! Originally the Pinnacle was named VB3 - we changed it shortly into development because, as TRVB said: "This thing is the Pinnacle of vaporizers!" during initial testing.

Great feedback guys. Blazing OG to your earlier question, yes the PNP and Baker work on the same principle but they are implemented somewhat differently mainly due to size constraints between the two. But clearly you see the similarity in results between them. Rock on.

    Discontinued The Baker: By Vaporblunt

The Vaporblunt has asked us to share some more details about what makes the Baker such a nice addition to their product lineup. Besides its fast heat up time, and flexible heating control allowing use for flowers and oils, we paid particular attention to concerns folks have with the air path...

    Discontinued The Baker: By Vaporblunt

Hi Guys, The Baker is a combination of conduction and convection. Sticksstones is correct, to heat the Titanium bowl the baker uses conduction through the walls of the bowl. But when using flowers the air is drawn through a heat exchanger feature that is part of the bowl design. Therefore...
