Well it came with 2, i have the same issue with both of them, yes it turns green right away.. i dont think i even used it enough before it stopped working to deplete one battery.. maybe its the charger or battery?? or a defective top, how can i find out....

So I bought an Omicron V2.. it worked for a couple days (by worked i mean slight clouds, not working 100% i dont think)... then it stopped working.. it looks functional with no cart attached, blue light is steady, but as soon as i screw on a cart the light flashes as if the batteries are dead...
