OK so here's a little easter egg that some might know... hold the Pax with the mouth piece on the left side... with both hand twist the pax toward you a few times, the pax will start flickering all different colors really fast, now do it a few more times, the pax will start to flicker slower...

It has a 10 year warranty, get it replaced. I had issues with mine and they replaced it. No issues since. Problem solved.

Does anyone know of a good belt case for the Pax? I was thinking a leather Mace/pepper spray holder would work.. anyone have one they can try and post?

If you have cleaned it as much as you can with out dismantling it, and it still won't heat you probrably need some warranty work done on it. They have a 10 year warranty.

What if the innerlip glowed?

No way the battery would drain even faster.. use a torch fellow stoner.. LOL

I agree with this being in hardware support for many years. Unless the battery explodes they should never be covered. We call the exploding a defect.

So it's interesting that we assume there are different generations.. After talking directly too Pax looks like it's not a generation so much as a assembly line made on date. Different paint mixers, thickness of paint, etc... but cool to know what we should look for thanks!!

Can anyone post some pictures of the different generation of Pax.. just curious.
