When I used to smoke, I'd only hold my hits for 3-5 seconds because I didn't want a lot of particulates accumulating in my lungs. With a vaporizer, that's no longer a concern, so I hold them 10-15 seconds. Has anyone else given this much thought? Any benefits/consequences for holding your vapor...
