Hi sorry for the confusion. Yes all Tinymight 2 have a 10 year manufacturers warranty. We will handle warranty for the first two years also. But users can go direct to Tinymight with warranty claims if they prefer to do so.

If you're in the US I'd strongly advise ordering from Vgoodiez. It will be faster and much easier to handle any warranty issues.

There is no Red Tinymight 2 currently available. What you have seen is a prototype owned by the Tinymight creator. It's possible these will be released at some point in the future, but probably not for some time. I'd say definitely not this year anyway.

It's true that the Storm isn't the best vape for concentrates- it is better with resins but still not as good as some others. You can get better results with the Storm by waiting an extra minute after the light has stopped blinking, then inhaling very gently, so that the chamber isn't cooled...

Hi scienide, We recommend the Samsung 29E 18650 for the Storm- it is the best battery to get the most use out of the unit. Unfortunately it is not possible to update the firmware with the Storm- but the Storm firmware is very simple, and hasn't needed updating at all since launch.

Although the new Ti cap looks great, I am very much enjoying using the original cap, and I don't think the new one will improve functionality much. I could be wrong though, I haven't tried the new cap.

Hey sNc, glad you're enjoying the Dabstorm 2.0 I would recommend using a cotton but or q-tip to swab the bowl after each use- this will clear up the residue and keep your bowl fresh for the next hit- just like a ceramic or quartz nail. Newer units even have some q-tips included in the package...

Please drop us an email, there were some faulty atomizers in our first batch- and we now have replaced the ceramic retaining ring with a metal one which holds the bowl much better. We can help you out if you contact us :-)
