Try putting the top cap on the herc (while herc is attached to bottom insulator) Then screw on the outter shell to the bottom insulator Then screw the whole herc into the mouthpiece. It seems when I screw the mouthpiece into the herc, it loosens the connecton from the bottom insulator...that got...

yeah fully charged batteries. but i was on that one set for the whole day, so it may have leaked (assuming thats the problem) later that evening when they were lower...idk

@cannaman559 Did you have leaking issues into your lower core as well? Id say a vast majority of my load (lol) ended up in there over night. yeah the lower core had some trapped in there. its all gonna come down to technique,time and practice. w9 hasn't failed me yet,its just a learning curve...
