    I finally got this damn IPV3 LI figured out lol. I missed the step of setting the resistance and kept getting dry coil warnings so i was using my AC cart from w9 tech on power mode and just feathering the button. Been working great since i've got some experience with the button fethering...

    Lines 9 thru 11 on page 28 or SSB 5052 states "Cooking oil, butter, and other nonexplosive home cooking substances may be used to make marijuana extracts for noncommercial personal use." Theres a lot of other ways to make concentrates. :)
