You are correct. Everclear is as pure as it gets using normal distillation processes. It is the lower proof vodkas, rums, etc. that should be avoided.

You will have much better results if you wrap your precooked firecracker in foil and bake it in the oven. 300 degrees f. for 30 minutes. The goodies are absorbed into the oil much better, making it much easier for your body to absorb. You will probably be able to go back to the .7 grams...

sessnet beat me to it. It will evaporate. The alcohol just evaporates at a much faster rate leaving a little water behind. I personally would just let it evaporate if you don't want to risk losing good stuff trying to pour it off.
