So I have been using the globe piece for a couple of weeks now and it seems to be bubbling a lot as I have wax stains all over the upper portion of the glass globe. Is this normal? Also I have just been cleaning the globe with iso and a qtip... is that ok? I don't clean the atomizer at all...

I just want to say another satisfied customer! :tup: I also got in contact with the good Dr and he said he will take care of the problem. Now to read this entire thread for hints/tips.

Man I am so bummed. I got my package today, ordered the full prescription kit but I didn't receive the globe attachment. I called them and told me to email them the order number and they will look into it in the am. SUCKS! :mad:

THis is what I am experiencing currently. It goes to green, I inhale leave it for a while maybe 10 seconds, and it stays on orange! I mess with the mouth piece it goes back to purple then sometimes green but mostly orange! I am good at cleaning this sucker too.. max used >5 times then I clean...

Yeah I live in CA and bought directly from Ploom. I don't mind paying the CA sales tax because it's inevitable that the PAX will need some warranty repair.

Can someone answer this... as I take small puffs.. the light changes from green to orange for a quick second or two then back to green. Is this normal?

I just bought one a week ago and it's taking around 2 hours to charge on mine to fully turn green. Once I take it off the charger and without even using it, I place it back on the charger and it turns yellow again then another maybe 15-30 minutes to turn green. Could this be an issue also?

Yeah you can't press down too hard or it will just pop back up. I have had this for a week now and I truly enjoy it. It's a high end piece of equipment so obviously if it gets dirty with all that nasty resin, it's not going to work very well. I try to clean it after 2-3 uses. Also I...

I am new Pax user and was wondering if I don't finish the entire oven load in one session, then can I just leave whatever is left in there and vape it at a later time? Does this method waste the flowers? Should I just vape what I can and disregard what is left? Also I just ordered the case...

I am charging it now and after my next session, I am going to clean it then let it idle burn for about 5-10 minutes. I notice a ton of residue on the oven door after just one session and wiped it. I can now understand how the build up of all this residue can cause problems.
