Ohhh its so interesting how those first three nomad selves all had such a similar painterly style, and that I haven't really seen on previous sleeves. Sorta very smooth and defined and a lot more like a painting on a canvas. Also those funky style stem collars were really nice.
Damn that one...
Nah thats just the thing I want my vapes to be vapes, my cups to be cups, my speakers to be speakers. To me it is a disadvantage having these things combined.
Man whys the vape @stickstones says is the best convection portable have to have a cup attached to it? I'm all for hydration and I've been keeping a cup at arms reach for most of my life, sometimes 2 cups if I want tea and water. I just have no desire for my cup to also be my vape, I honestly...
I've never combusted and I'm not a Nomad pro. I think you would have to try very hard to combust with the low heater, and also shut your brain and senses off.
Hello.
So if I go the route of voltage regulation for my temp/power control, will coil resistance come into play even though this is a desktop?
My idea with voltage control would be that we find the range of no vaporization, to combustion and work within that zone (exceed it for...
Cheers to all the science. Dans photos came our right at my bedtime sesh time last night so I tried to replicate his best results and had 2 brilliant sessions.
Note 1: I have been disrespecting the low heater, especially with a full battery the low heater works fantastic for big vapor, and it...
Awesome thank you, and also @SloJimFizz, glad to see visually how my experience fits in with others.
Dan, not sure if I missed it, but what heater was your session with? I'm 99% sure it's the low from the looks of it.
Side note, those were some mighty pleasant pictures IMO.
Damn good shit.
I think I'm trying to merge the two types of on demand, I don't really love the idea of leaving desktops on all day even though I know it is fine. Just not a fan of that fire safety wise. So I would like it to be a turn it on then pack your bowl and it's ready type of on demand...
Thank you very much again.
So will a PWM voltage regulator and a buck/boost converter do basically the same thing? When I search PWM voltage regulator it's basically a big knob on a little circuit board and the description saying a voltage range and an amperage. Example here. It looks like it...
thank you. Super good information about what voltage and amps I’ll be working with.
I am going for on demand quick heat up which is why I’ve selected coils as the best option for me.
For the PWM voltage regulators, do I connect it to a buck converter or does it work all in its own?
also to...
Cheers thanks again for the wonderful help everyone who has responded. Things are becoming clearer in my head which is fantastic.
I think if I'm going to add a ton of work and complexity just to turn voltage into an estimate of temperature I might as well just keep it in voltage and save the...
Can anyone upload a picture of their bowl after a session? Nothing I change regarding draw technique, pack style, or even switching to the low heater has any real change on what my bowls ultimately look like. I want to know if fully even vaporization is even possible here. Thanks.
Thank you. I understand this now but I don’t understand how I connect my coil to the controller.
Do I plug in the wires to the PID then strip then and then connect the positive and negative to either end of the coil?
Thanks again for the help sorry I don’t know so much.
Sweet thanks I will look into that right now.
I have done little research on enails but I thought that they take minutes to heat up and I want quick heat up. Please let me know If I am wrong though.
I am referring to 510 style coils.
I want quick heat up which I why I think coil is better then ceramic, but halogen is worth looking at. I also like coil because you can combine with glass or ceramic, something to soak the heat into so you can have lots of heat power on reserve for big hits...
