I finally found my screen setting tool of choice: a Papermate Flair Pen. The end of the pen just fits into the end of the tip and in two tries on two different tips I've gotten it set on the first try both times. Be still my heart.

I'm finding that my favorite VC is whichever one I'm using at the moment. They're like my guitars. All different, all beautiful, and all amaze me with their performance.

I don't have an LE tip, but I do have an IH, and I can say that it has indeed offered me more consistent results than using flame. It's certainly worth a try.

Yeah I saw that in another video-and edited my original post too. It's not a biggie to me at all, but I know for some it is. That said, it would appear you could set this in such a way that seeing the logo would be difficult for the casual passersby.
