I have this heady sherlock en route. Comes with a matching ball cap.
I added the Puffco ball cap and dab knife to my Proxy order before it had shipped so I still haven't had a chance to try the device out. I'm living vicariously through the rest of you still lol.
@ikeonabike as @vapviking said, you would ideally want the PFE which works great on 14mm joints. I use it as a mouthpiece as well because I like less restriction but it can get toasty.
That's the blue bearing in yours right? It looks great next to your BCG.
I love that we have the option to customize our grinders with a splash of color while still having all that shiny stainless exposed.
My grinder just started the journey to Canada so I'll let you all know how long it takes...
Just a heads up, if you're in Canada it might take a little bit to ship. Mine is supposed to ship from within Canada next week as they only had stock in the US when I placed my order.
I had sent him an email a couple days ago asking if it was possible to leave the top blank and he said to send him an email with my order number.
After placing my order earlier today I also asked if it would be possible to have the logo on the bottom (otherwise I'll keep it blank). Not that...
City Vaporizer has the Proxy for $216USD plus a $20 shipping fee (to Canada anyways). They charged me 5% tax so all said and done it should be $247.72USD shipped to my Canadian address. Pretty decent deal imo.
I'm trying not to get ahead of myself with the aftermarket glass options; I have a...
I am debating if I should get a Proxy, if I should wait for 420 sales, and if I should order the ball cap if I do order.
I'm have really wanted a dedicated dab device for a while, and a T-Bucket with a Sapphire dish (on my wish list for the past year) isn't in the cards anytime soon. The Peak...
Since this time last year, my Tinymight has been dethroned by the Tinymight2 as my top device. Both are great but the TM2 is more refined. It may not be as artisanal as a Tetra P80 (also fantastic) but it feels solid in hand, produces tons of vapor at low and high temps, is easy to maintain, and...
I cleaned my head for first time recently and the rubies were basically spotless. I let my B2 sit hot for long periods of time, and during my year and a half of use preceding that cleaning it was typically at 300°C-330°C / 572°F-626°F. The inside seems to be pretty self cleaning imo.
Lately...
It sounds like you already have your back up and a purpleheart TM2 will be your future device 😉.
For anyone wondering about the purpleheart TM2 it is still unreleased but, Tinymight did have a list started. Email info@tinymightvape.com (if they still have it going).
The TM2 was my way of...
V2 went live recently, now listed at $275USD for the basic assembly so quite the price increase. Also no Sapphire dishes until they find a new supplier.
Are you sure it's metal dust and not carbon build up? I've personally never heard of that with titanium, only aluminum.
I had issues with my B2 and I was never able to get my nut off 😏. I didn't want to take a wrench to it after putting it in the freezer and heating it up with no luck. I did...
Titanium is definitely my favorite metal for taste. I still get a slight taste but I prefer it to all the stainless I've tried.
The GS can deliver such a large volume of vapor, that's what I love. Like a cannon blast to the taste buds.
I attached my own coil, it's not difficult but it requires a little time to get right. Once I spread mine I was able to basically thread the Elev8r through it. I've tried 3mm/4mm boro and 3mm ruby inside the Elev8r and I highly recommend the 3mm ruby.
Between summer and winter my PID needs to be adjusted by roughly 50°F depending on how cold it is my garage. That's a big ambient temperature swing though.
