Turn your heat down to around 340 and see how that hits ya. You have to play with the temps to find your sweet spot. That black spot is the begining of combustion , so you need to turn it down. A water path would also help.

Yo' For your first hit might I suggest, after a 5 min warmup at 2:00 , turn the dial back to 12:00, wait 60 sec. to really bake your load and then take a long slow pull... :brow::ko::o... see what we mean.

IMHO it is not worth the risk.

Warm water hits are so kind to your lungs. I find that cold water or ice make my lungs feel as if I'm jogging in sub freezing weather. :tinfoil:
