I personally dislike the drop in efficiency with the 2020 M. No vapor until the 3rd cycle unless you DISrespect the click and worst of all the 2020 M body gets extremely hot because of the extra metal in the tip and the number of heat cycles required to fully extract the bowl. I prefer the 2018 M.
I have 2017,18,19 & 2020 M's and the 2018 is the king in my opinion. I have 4 spare 2018 tips and I have filed each one to match the TI tip and I use them almost exclusively.
In my opinion there are only 2 choices.
The Aomai single jet torch lighter (approx $10) or the Vector Summit single jet torch (approx $30-40). I have both and having tried over 50 different torch lighters with various numbers of jets I found them to be consistent and reliable with no jet clogging.
Only an idiot would pay the prices asked for these pieces. Instead of making these for less than 1% of the customer base that can afford them they could have put the time, money and effort into things that everybody wants like a proper XL M or the official IH.
I'm not offended at all, I was v stoned after 1st proper session on my new Mighty and trying to be funny but reading it back can see why you thought I might have been upset/butt hurt!
No apology necessary as I caused the confusion and I apologise to both you and @OF
The Omni mouthpiece is adjustable and you turn the mouthpiece to make the internal condenser longer (thicker vapor) or shorter (thinner more airy vapor). The TI tip has a bowl with ridges inside of it to allow different chamber sizes - full, 3/4 or 1/2 full and is excellent for micro dosing.
I have 5 different fine grinders, I use capsules exclusively and have never had this issue! Your picture seems to shown abv that is too big to pass through the genuine capsules. Are you sure you didn't load the chamber directly as that is what your picture seems to indicate.
If you have a couple of tips do what I do. Have one dedicated tip for each setting e.g 1 set at half bowl, one at 3/4 bowl and lastly full bowl. Don't play with them once in the correct position and you won't have too many issues. If you use whole nugs you can leave the screen out altogether.
Just received my new Mighty after years of using the Solo, Solo 2 and numerous Dynavap units. Can't wait to see what all the fuss is about. The next 6 hours at work are going to feel like 6 days!
@Dynavaper - got my silo xl last week and I am sad to say that I think it is a waste of money. The silo xl is in reality a standard silo with a crappy extension piece you screw on to make if fit the XL. Where the two parts of the silo join there is a lip INSIDE the silo that catches on your cap...
