Looks like outdoor/greenhouse grow to me. Nothing wrong with it but the plants are at the mercy of Mother Nature and not in a nice comfy room at the perfect temperatures with the perfect light cycles and nutrients. Dunno, definitely looks good. Obviously has trichs on it, if it doesn't taste bad...

An ounce a month only comes out to about a gram of flower a day... and it only looks like you vaped an ounce of flower and half ounce of bubble a month. That's a lot compared to some, not much compared to others. Anyways should be easier to make ISO oil out of bubble than blasting with butane...

That huge of a drop is probably you pulling too hard. The stems loosen up with heat, yes. When my Solo is cold the stems take some pushing to get in, once it's warmed up after a session I can take them out very easily.

I use cabinet liner. The material that falls on it stays in the holes and when I lift it I can just scrape it into a pile. I've got a small silicone pan holder that my glass sits on.

For smaller amounts why not a kief box? Should fit dry ice and material and be easy to scrape.

It does... You just have to be real careful lifting it. The slightest bump breaks the seal. The seal usually breaks when you unscrew the top anyways...

Hard to judge all that but most of us notice a "vape signature" with each vaporizer. Anyways, conduction pales in comparison to convection for taste.
