When I am using mine, it stays on for most of the day so a timer for me would be annoying to always have to reset. It goes on at around noon and stays on till 9 or 10pm.

I just finished cleaning my grinder and tried something new! I ISO soaked for a while and then used an old electric toothbrush with some toothpaste and ran it all over the grinder. Cleaned the threads out like new! Grinder is shiny and super clean again! Quick and easy!
