I've reduced or eliminated the high temp silicone that was being used to help securely but flexibly anchor the core to the wooden body, the c-clip is doing that job now instead. Functionally there's no real difference. :peace:

We don't use the 'signature required' option unless requested so they should just leave it unless they're locally in the habit of not doing so like in a neighborhood that packages go missing alot, etc. :cool:

Hey Dogs we're almost caught back up, pieces for the refresh are in testing and nearly done.. will probably let them go through tonight and pull them in the morning. Lost a few days for some forced machine maintenance but everything is back on track now. (More) patience grasshoppers.. :cool:

The screen in the core is not meant to be replaced and for most practical purposes cannot be. Screens in the screen pack are replacements for various stem screens. :peace: Ohhh FedEx just showed up with a couple hundred wall-warts and VVPSs.. guess I better stop slacking and get back to work on...

If it heats then it's outputting more than 1v.. if we're talking about a Jameco 10081 then make sure your multimeter is on AC voltage instead of DC as that's what that model is. Many multimeters (2 of my 3) will show <1v when trying to measure those on a DC setting. :peace:

The cords we get (bought in bulk) usually work pretty well but I think they're pretty lightweight. You might try one from Amazon and see if theirs are any better.. if so let me know and maybe we can buy ones like those next time. Here's some on Amazon...
