Probably the only way to fully eliminate it would be to put some kind of gasket or something around the wood which really is not necessary, although I see @kiddvudu2 got lucky... ;)

The Tempest by Mad Heaters & Phatpiggie

I go through close to that same process with any package coming from MadHeaters. It's like the tracking services lose it for a few days, and then it arrives. I wouldn't get worried unless it's a couple of weeks behind expected delivery.

That poker and its light show is the one thing I feel like I missed out on by having only OG TMs. Not a big deal, of course, but it would be cool. TMs still share the first reach test with the Tempest and a SplinterZ...

Sorry to disappoint you, @florduh. It wasn't the Democrats. It was the press. Just like the press is managing to soften the 2025 project that will soon be the foundation of the American government, if they get their way. And they are likely to get their way... Not without a Constitutional...

Should something like that happen there's a very good chance that there's going to be 4 significant parties fielding candidates for the next presidential election. Clearly the Republicans will have to split up into two different parties, and if you do the same thing to the Democrats you pretty...

I guess in a way, it's really the difference between economic liberalism and social liberalism. The American concept of Liberalism is much more the latter... A quote from Wikipedia: While both are committed to personal freedoms, social liberalism places greater emphasis on the role of...

I'm struggling to understand what this means. Can you help? Maybe we have a different way of defining liberal. In this country, liberal governments expand health care and conservative governments shrink it. "The Affordable Care Act, also known as Obamacare, was enacted in 2010, but 10 states...

The primary function of the health care system in Finland, and indeed in most of the world, is to care for the health of their citizenry, and by so doing, reduce the general cost of health care for their nations. In the United States, the health care systems primary purpose is to make money for...

I just wanted to mention for anyone who's new to Medicare this year, it really does matter whether or not you do a Medicare Advantage program. Since the election advertising has disappeared (thank Bilbo) the primary advertising, at least around here, is for Medicare Advantage programs. They...

Medicare Advantage is a scam to take advantage of seniors who don't know any better or don't know how to research options. I know at least two people who have literally died when their coverage was refused because they were in a Medicare Advantage network. Medicare is a great program for...

I do loves me some Chicago winter snow storms, but everything is relative after all. While the last few winters have been quite mild, that is not our history. Now that I don't have to drive in it every day, I will probably love it even more, if it happens...

Ahh, I see. I didn't know the Intrepid was a museum. If the craft was never intended to fly again, the concern about lifting it with cranes is eliminated. If I'm ever back in New York, I'll have to check it out. I've never seen an aircraft carrier up close, let alone an SR71. Then again, it...
