Hi Costanza, The vapor tubes will be slightly loose when mated to the heat exchanger. Heat exchanger tube ID is .305 and the vapor tubes are .28125 OD . About .024 of play. It can't be more than that. This play is needed to make mating easy. If it were tighter you would have difficulty...
