The kava has such an odd taste, you probably won't like it and probably won't ever get it out 100%... It's got some mild effects but I would take a stem or trench of herb over kava any day and twice on Sunday.

There is no fix for this "problem" as it is stated as being normal for operation in the manual. High temp silicone o-ring size 113, unscrew the cap and center it and screw cap back on.
