Made Spanakopita for dinner last night. Filo can be a bitch to work with, but I've found a place that sells it fresh. So much easier to deal with than the frozen variety. And it makes a much nicer 'crust;' much more tender and flakey.

The part I found most interesting was water curing the herb prior to processing it into butter, etc. If that gets the weed taste out; that's a plus...

The Stooges were epic. Much tighter than the MC5. And I'm speaking from seeing them up close and personal. The MC5 didn't have as good of a live show imo.
