It will melt the lid, I promise. I only use the lid to crush it down now after its cooled a bit, (still use it when its hot) I melted my first lid to my first pax, it made a clear line on the lid up to where it was inserted.

When I am on the go and without a grinder I do this. I stick three nugs in and it gets nice hits, not any noticeably better, probably a little worse if you ask me. I wait 4 or 5 hits then mash it down and it all crunches and crumbles, then I go 5 more and stir. Its pritty much identical at that...

someone posted this already this is just a glass on glass adapter and a piece of hose you are wasting 30 bucks on that, and its going to be flimsy as fuck. This is literally a 2-5 dollar adapter and a cutting of a piece of hose worth pennies.

I Know that much, but I was just thinking along the lines of maybe making a refillable pod, look at keurig coffee makers, it wasnt long before someone figured out a way to put their own refillable pods in there.

Yep, my first return I removed the locking ring after cleaning the mouthpiece, upon reassembly it permanently locked shut, I felt like an idiot.
