Max posted while I was composing and eating/ ^^^ :)
Thanks for the links StoneMonkey I previously looked at the first one.
I was just aiming to give a source for the general vapor community.
AofZ, you seem to enjoy the added tubing, and others have mentioned it too. It sounds like a better alternate to a longer solid tube from PP. Do you folks think I should stock that super-flex tygon, and help me with length. What works?
Spiral, we do not advise using 13V wall power. As stated the higher car voltage is offset by circulating air that keeps the temperature down a little. so you end up about even
Another point is that LEDs are coupled with a resistor that is matched to the input voltage. If the unit were intended...
 :disgust:  :( :uhoh:
Alcatraz wrote, "A Purple-days draws 8W from a 12V source, so has a resistance of around 17 ohms. That means that it would draw 8.7W from a 13V source, with a current of .76A, or 760mA."
Alcatraz does not work for Purple-Days Diffusers and cannot speak for...
Yes, the same Tea Tree that produces the oil makes the wood. (relieved to hear the plantation status, Bongoman, thanks)
Tea tree wood doesn't have the smell of tea tree oil though. Chime in owners, please.
Tas is cool too, IMO. (glad about that one too).
A problem with exotics is odor...
We agree Bongoman. It's one of the big reasons we don't stock rare exotics anymore.
Our understanding of Tea Tree and Tas Blackwood is that they are sustainable resources, hope that is true. We will be trying to get more, but we welcome your input.
Glad to live up to your expectations, AofZ. :D
Yes that is a friend, but we can't control others, even with the best intentions.
:2c:
The two on the left are both Pyinma. The far left is gonna be difficult to pick a front side. The right one is Tas Blackwood.
AofZ, run on man, it makes sense to me.
PV, we had a FC member send us 2 pieces the other day.
The one on the right belongs to a member too.
Several factors to consider when making wood choices, get with me and I can fill you in
Yeah, if you have a 13Volt @ 1000mA and the right plug hook it up, no problem but don't go higher then that. Like I said 13V is harsher. I think once you are in the vapor zone, going higher just releases more of the stuff you are trying to avoid.
Vapor tip to heat exchanger tube mating should be a close tolerance but not crittical. We try to keep it as close as we can but a little play is needed so mating isn't difficult.
Air enters through the two holes and goes through the heat xchanger before comming back up through the HE tube. Very...
Here is a short film, Best Hungarian Short for 2007.
No subtitles, none needed. Cool soundtrack too...

Hope it makes you smile. :)
Hello Master Haze and welcome to the family.
Sorry to hear you having trouble.
Yes, there is something wrong, and it can be fixed pretty easy by me (or you if you feel like it).
The Heat exchanger tube is cut from a longer length of tubing. When we cut them they get a bit of an inward flair...
Welcome to the family, Hennesey and AofZ. Glad you are both enjoying the Purple Life.
Is it age? Or IQ? Or health concerns? Frugality?
Most folks here write well. Complete sentences and punctuation, not the norm. And I notice an artistic leaning in some too.
I think IQ is a big part of being...
Buzz-Butter is bee's wax and organic flax oil. You could make your own, about 50/50. Sewing shops sometimes have small sticks of bees wax for a dollar or two, and any vegatable oil would work. Johnson's paste wax or any carnuba based product would be another alternate.

We use white Elmer's glue over the LED hole, it dries pretty clear.
After it dries hand sand it smooth, ...150, 220, #00, then #0000 is my system.
Don't use an orbital sander, the extreme violent shaking can damage the LED,
Screw the future...
Sherman set the Way-Back machine to 1969.
Mitch Mirchel drum solo, for those that don't know him, keep watching you will recognize the band. That's Noel Redding in the hat.
