Wow! Thanks so much man. Had no idea the coils heated up that fast, I thought I'd have to hold the fire button for a few seconds and it would turn from red to green. I can't wait to play with this!
My unit just came in! I love the way it looks but I just have a couple questions about how to use on demand. So what's the difference between the temp that shows at the top of the screen (below "Tubo") and the one at the bottom next to "temp"? When I hold the button the side light is immediately...
This is some solid advice... I've been through this so many times before when getting a new vape and every time I tell myself it'll get here when it gets here. And yet I have the shipping info bookmarked because I have no self control, lol.
Mine shipped from Zurich already and landed in NY a couple days ago. It's been reading as "In Transit to Next Facility" for the last couple days.
Shipping to NC by the way.
Awesome, good to know! I did see a post that he made a while back saying that to get good first hits in on demand you should start at 230 C or something like that.
Unit that shipped last Friday just landed in Jamaica, NY! Now to wait for it to make its way down to NC. I’m pumped.
Also unrelated; what does the warm-up mode do? I'm assuming it's so the heater can get a better heat soak before your first draw? Would it be the same if you just held the button...
Just out of curiosity, has anyone who managed to snag a pre-built unit last Friday gotten their order status changed to "Shipped" yet? Mine is still marked as "Packaging" and I *think* I read somewhere on here that he ships on Tuesday. I very well could be wrong though!
I just wanna say that taking it apart and cleaning it at all the points mentioned in the post you linked me to got the unit working back to normal for the last couple days! Even changing the battery it's been chugging like normal. Hopefully this lasts but for now thank you for the help!
Definitely fair! I've had the same small group I've been chilling with since the beginning so I feel a little safer doing that. None of them use vapes though so generally it defaults to me packing the bowls for them so being able to pack the whole joint would be great!
I generally agree with you in that the basket screen is most efficient as far as ease of use and getting easy hits. I've been using my Milaana that way for a couple years now.
Now I find that I have to pack two or three basket screens back to back to get to where I want to be. I also tend to...
I don't have a TP80 quite yet (made it in the last drop though so waiting for that shipping email!) so I haven't been able to try this yet but I have heard that it takes more work to get good clouds this way.
I watched VapeCritic's comparison of the TinyMight and TP80 and he was packing the...
Has anyone ever tried loading the joint similar to the way the TP80 works? Put a 15mm SS screen in the bottom of the joint, load it, then cap it with a rimmed basket screen? This would definitely require holding the button longer and taking longer draws but I'm curious if it would be doable.
Does anyone know the general time frame for when pre-built units get shipped? I managed to snag one during the drop last Friday and I'm curious when to expect it.
Also unrelated question, do you guys turn off the unit? As in click 5 times? I tend to take one hit at a time and then wait a few...
This is the most frustrating thing to me. I could deal with the inconsistent performance if the customer support was more responsive. I understand that he's busy but this issue doesn't seem to be that uncommon considering how many other people I found that had a similar problem.
