Most likely the problem is in the power supply as that's almost always the case when such things crop up. Send Underdogette a message and she'll help you troubleshoot the cause when she gets back to the office later this afternoon. :peace:

PD stems will work in an UD but our stems will not quite fit the PD (or clone).. so if you've got PD stems hold on to them. Also we can rebuild (new wooden body, new heating element, etc) your PD or clone as many times as you want so you can keep it going indefinitely. :cool...

I haven't noticed a difference to the touch on the various parts of it but I poke so many vapes that maybe my fingers are desensitized. :lol: If you want to hit it with your thermal camera I'd be happy to ship it to you, just post a cool pic and send it back when you're done.
