How about going to the grocery store and buying one of those metal cake icing funnels? A few of us use dram jars to keep small amounts of bud ready to carry around and the holes are small so using funnels makes it really easy. You could just tap some out and let it fall through the funnel...

@Gee_Grover adding to what has been said above, regarding your question of how many sessions/hits from a load... it's not something that can be quantified. You could get 4-5 sessions out of that 0.3, someone else could milk that in a half dozen rips, etc. Some strains produce a lot more vapor...
