I have asked this question before. I've received conflicting answers. I'm attempting to set up my RX3 Dual. The manual seems to indicate that I need to know what the heating element is made of. Is it nickel, stainless steel, titanium, mashed potatoes or something else?

I just checked on my order and the status changed from packaging to shipped.

I tried the ultrasonic route. After 3 180 second runs the glass stems were clean. The cooling unit of the Mighty (disassembled) was still "mighty" sticky. Sort of like the floor in a pay phone booth outside a house of ill repute. I used a couple of squirts of dishwater detergent. Not happy with...

Okay, I just watched a video on how to change settings. One thing - it appears I have to select the type of coil (steel, nickel, etc.). Do you know what is used in the Splinter?

Interesting. Ordered on 2/18. Logged in today for first time since I placed the order. There is no record of my order. Odd since on 2/18 I received an email confirming my order and providing an order number. I sent the maker an email and hope to get a response.

Actually I was inquiring about the ultrasonic cleaner because of the inability to get ISO. Will the device work without ISO? Sorry for the confusion.
