I have to start at 7 to get any heat/vapor. At 7 or 8 it's equivalent to my other TM at 5. I need to go to 10 to finish the bowl the way I like. I haven't complained or posted (at least not that I recall) about the top plate getting too hot. This weekend I'll try the calibration.

I don't seem to get wispy hits with my Fury Edge. Enjoying the device.

Suppose this is done and the results were not as desired. How do you reset it back to factory original?

My first request was 11/30/20. Just placed 2nd request. So dzoinp, if my math is correct, it took about 3 weeks to receive the return labels. Refresh my memory, what is the problem with yours?

It's only been a little over a week ago that I requested a return label from TM. No response yet. Now I'm thinking that perhaps I should put my defective TM up for sale (with full disclosure of course). I could then order a new one. I would probably get the new one much sooner than waiting for...

Mine gets hot, but not hot enough to be problematic. Not as hot as the top of my Tinymight.

500 bucks for 1 working TM that may malfunction and be subject to poor customer service and a potentially long delay for repairs ? I respect your choice - but this scenario isn't for me. A Mighty can be had for under $300 BTW.

LabPong - I did just that yesterday. No real rush as I have many other devices (damn VAS). However, I would like a response and repair sooner rather than later. I won't hold my breath waiting.
