Passive uses a polarized non-powered set of glasses, same ones you get if you go see a movie in the theaters in 3D. Really no headache or eye fucking reports on the passive. I watched it for about 20min in the store and its sick.
Glasses free just came out but its hella expensive. Prob get one...

Nice thing about the LG's (and Panasonic) is that they have a 2D to 3D converter so you can watch normal 2D programming in 3D
