You can get one custom made by Oregon glass blower, or Nicholas the French stem maker also does this (@Chicken No Name) quite well! And I've actually seen a variety of glass pieces on DHgate that will fill your needs... I'll try to remember to post here the next one I see there! Also depends...

@VGOODIEZ carries Herborizer stuff but I'm not sure to what extent. If I was going to go 3rd party I would check with Oregon glass blower. He makes some really nice stuff and I bet he could make the bowl at the very least. If the heater cover is a standard glass size it should be even more simple.

Yes those are the two, OGB custom is expensive, especially if you want spikes, but he has a lot of nice stuff in the shop, his glass is super thick! Otherwise you can hunt around, various shops or DHgate, even eBay and Amazon... It is also really nice to actually get a bubbler, and just use it...
