    Help my confusion

Folk here are collectors and like to mix and match bits. I think you have the right idea. Get a full kit from whoever and pay attention to what you like. Then branch out if you enjoy tinkering. If you want a low risk entry point, the Vaphit QOQ is cheap and great. You can use it on it's own...

    POTV Lobo

Correct. Airflow is better without screen and dosing caps do a pretty good job on their own.

    POTV Lobo

I'm not sure whether you can buy that Vaphit QOQ kit spiral glass stem alacart, but there's a whole universe of 12mm diameter 75mm long glass stems with cooling nipples, etc. I'd bet those would cool vapor about as well as the spiral, which works very well. Where the spiral excels is in...

    POTV Lobo

I've taken to carrying the Lobo without a stem installed. The spiral glass from the QOQ rides nicely in this little doob tube container I have. And I stick the rubber plug from the plastic dosing caps package in the mouthpiece hole of the Lobo to conceal smell. All very low profile in a pocket.

I want to like the Cloudious stuff, but a Lobo with a Gordito just seems much easier to live with to me.

    POTV Lobo

Also, the spiral glass stem from the Vaphit QOQ fits the Lobo quite nicely.

    POTV Lobo

I'm kinda shocked at how good the flavor is with a dry Gordito.

    OLD MATE (formerly Medgrind)

I agree. All else being equal a longer spinning bearing often has looser tolerances and/or less "preload." I don't need my OMD to spin for a fortnight, I just want that bearing to prevent metal on metal contact between the pieces. It really is a luxury grinder.

    Herb Grinders

Small Santa Cruz Shredder is itty-bitty.

    Invisible Cloud Vape

The Davinci Miqro kinda already accomplished extreme discretion. It's a tiny conduction vape with a weak heater. Vapor is barely visible, generally.

Log scaling. All the crap will lump together, while the best stuff will draw focus.

Is there a comprehensive list of which manual vapes are compatible with the Wand?

Feedback request: Best Portable Vape Rankings & Categories

I think this is pretty sensible for us nerds. It's easy to find the relevant sections based on what's most important to the individual user.

    Just asking

Yes, very efficient. Plus you can eat your AVB and recover your resin in ethanol for tinctures. You can get nearly 100% usage from your flower.

    Bud Bee Grinders

Looks good, and as a hobbyist beekeeper I feel seen.

    The Screwball by Vapvana

Yeah, high temps create colorful oxide coatings on metals. No harm, just ends up looking rad.

Portable Dry Herb Vapes Vs Ball Vapes

You're already at "squeaky clean" with the TM2 for vapor path, especially if you use it with water. Ball vape will have more power and keeps the metal heating coil out of the airpath, but something else has to be the heat matrix, like ruby. If you're a light user ball vape will be overkill...

Oh, I agree. My surprise is really related to trend chasing.

    2024 Most Reached For

I'd been using a Mighty for several years and got curious about alternatives, so I dedicated 2024 to trying stuff out. Results are in! Most reached for 2024: Screwball, mostly for CBG and CBD flower TM2 and 2-CON for type 1 flower before bed Starry 4 for camping/ outdoors Just messing...

For Perspective: How Common Are Dry-Herb Vapes Where You Live?

I know one other vaporist, and I got him into it. His first vape is a TM2, and he'll be fully off of combustion soon.
