If you have a 14mm connection you would just need the silicone mouthpiece sleeve that now comes with the GH according to @BuzzDanklin then the GH fits nice n snug as the vape is 14mm in diameter too.

@BuzzDanklin just posted a pic on instagram of the GH and its supplied silicone mouthpiece making a perfect seal on a 18mm bubbler with a 14mm reducer ;)
